Holiday Closures and Important Dates for the 2025-2026 Season

It's the start of a new season here at High Pointes Dance Academy, and we want to ensure all our dance families are well-prepared with our schedule, especially during the holidays. Here’s a rundown of all the important dates when our studio will be taking a little break to celebrate and recharge.

Thanksgiving
October 11th-13th: Studio Closed
Use this time to enjoy some time with family and give thanks for the wonderful year we've had so far!
Halloween
October 31st: Studio Closed
This week, leading up to Halloween, we encourage all our little dancers to come to class dressed in their favourite costumes!
Fall Break
November 10th–14th: Studio Closed
Our dancers can enjoy a well-deserved rest. It's the perfect time to relax and come back energized!
Santa Clause Parade - Cobourg

Our dancers will entertain and show off their holiday spirit for the community!
Christmas Holidays
December 22nd–January 12th: Studio Closed
Celebrate the season and enjoy some downtime. We hope you have a magical holiday season filled with joy.
Friday evening Comp Team rehearsals begin January 16th
These rehersals run most Fridays until March 20th
Inters & Juniors 4:30-7:30pm
Seniors 5:30-9:30pm
Family Day
February 16th: Studio Closed
Spend some quality time with your loved ones. Family is the heart of our community!
March Break
March 16th-20th: Studio Closed
Take a break and recharge, whether you're travelling or staying home, enjoy the week off!
Easter
April 3rd–April 5th: Studio Closed
We’ll see you back after the break!
Additional Note for Elite Dancers: Please be aware that our competitive team may have additional rehearsals scheduled during studio closures. These sessions will be communicated well in advance, so keep an eye on your emails for updates.
Keeping track of these dates ensures that no one misses out on any dance classes unexpectedly. We appreciate your understanding as we observe these holidays and breaks, giving our staff and students time to rejuvenate and celebrate with family and friends. Here's to a fantastic 2024-2025 season filled with growth, achievements, and lots of dancing!
