At High Pointes Dance Academy, our Elite Team isn't just a competitive program; it's an experience that challenges dancers, nurtures their passion, and builds strong, confident individuals who thrive both on and off the stage.
Whether you're a returning family or new to the Elite Team this season, here's everything you need to know to feel ready, inspired, and connected.

The Elite Team is a competitive dance program designed for committed dancers who are ready to take their training to the next level. Dancers on this team participate in multiple weekly classes across disciplines, work with exceptional faculty, and perform at high-level competitions and events throughout the season.
Elite dancers are selected based on their ability, commitment, and attitude, and once you're part of the team, you’re a part of something special.

Expectations & Commitment
Being part of the Elite Team requires dedication from both dancers and families. This includes:
Attending all mandatory classes, rehearsals, and events
Practicing at home when needed
Staying organized with costumes, makeup, and competition prep
Communicating with teachers and teammates respectfully and responsibly
We also ask families to support their dancer’s growth by encouraging rest, proper nutrition, and time management during busy weeks.
Being on the Elite Team is a big commitment, but it comes with big rewards. Your dancer will grow technically, emotionally, and socially, all while building memories that will last a lifetime.
We’re honoured to be a part of their journey.
